Let the good times roll

Join us Oct. 23-27 in New Orleans: The Big Easy will be the backdrop for the 92nd Annual ACP/CMA National College Media Convention, which returns to this popular city after more than a decade.

More than 2,300 student journalists and advisers are expected to attend the 360+  educational sessions, keynotes, workshops, critiques, trade show and awards ceremonies. (Check our news and info page for the latest details.)

You’ll love the sights, sounds and tastes of New Orleans. Explore NOLA before, after or between sessions to get a glimpse of a Mississippi River city unlike any other in America. Add Halloween to the mix — the convention dates coincide with the city’s informal, multi-day observance of this holiday — and you get costumed revelers, bead tossing, wall-to-wall crowds and enough fun to make up for missing Mardi Gras.

It’s lagniappe — something extra — to a great weekend of learning in an exotic city. Want some more detail? Download the program or the app.  For breaking news, check out our News and Info page. And follow us on Twitter.
